Point of View

Being of average height doesn’t have a lot of advantages. I find myself standing on my tiptoes a lot when I’m at work auditing. And especially when going to concerts with large crowds. Like today at the Beirut International Jazz Day.

I’d like to say I enjoyed it but I really didn’t. The music didn’t really appeal to me and I could barely see anything because everyone kept pushing past me. And the speakers weren’t so good so I couldn’t hear what was going on.

I snapped the below picture from my point of view.

Then Ahmad, who is known for being basketball player tall, and was wearing his famous neon Nike Airmaxes grabbed my phone and took the next picture. Pretty much, I got to see things from his point of view for a change, even through a simple thing like a photo.

  1. Interesting to be able to see things from someone else’s point of view…it says so much.
